Standing in 10 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds with sweeping views down to the sea, it is situated a short way down Rock House Lane which leads down steps to Maidencombe Beach. Nearby is the Orestone Manor Hotel, which is reputed to have one of the best restaurants in Devon. The restaurant’s English a la carte menu uses the hotel’s home grown herbs and vegetables and fresh local seafood. Living InformationAn extremely spacious living area with views out to the courtyard. A working log burner (with logs provided). A three seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a four seater sofabed. Antique furniture and furnishings. Entertainment is provided by a TV with video/DVD player and a selections of DVD's. Kitchen InformationKitchen An updated version of a Devon farmhouse style kitchen, with charcoal worktops and a Rayburn cooker. Fully equipped kitchen which also includes an electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Dining The dining area is situated in the large kitchen with a large farmhouse table and six chairs. Sleeping InformationMaster Bedroom This room has a king-size bed with three double fitted mirror wardrobes giving both hanging space and shelving. Two bedside chests, one with a reading lamp, and a low level table with a fabric flower display. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two This room is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table with a reading lamp, two double wardrobes, one with in-built chest of drawers and a reading chair in one corner. Bedroom Three The perfect room for children with its bunk beds, dolls house and toys. Bathroom InformationMain Bathroom Lino floor and a white suite comprising W.C., scallop design white bath with shower mixer taps and shower curtain, wash basin, with mirror above it and combined light and shaver point. A fancy basket for toiletries hangs just to the side. The area above the bath and basin is tiled, and towels can be hung on the free standing antique pine towel rail.
