Nearby attractions include Living Coasts, Bygones and Kents Cavern. The South West Coast path, leading to Shaldon, starts from just above the harbour. Torre Abbey Sands, Corbyn Head Beach and Livermead Sands are all a short walk away with Hollicombe Beach and Preston Sands also within walking distance. Paignton, with its wide sandy beach, pier, cinema, shops, Zoo, Quay West attraction and Goodrington Sands is about 10 minutes drive and the quaint fishing village of Brixham is just 10 minutes further round the bay.
